Shipping & Returns
We mainly ship within Canada. For international orders please contact our sales team to get a personalised shipping quote.
Shipping costs vary for each order depending on shipping address and size/weight/quantity of the items being shipped. Shipping charges for large/heavy items are subject to change even after the order is placed. Shipping time for items 'In Stock' in our Abbotsford, BC warehouse is 5-7 business days. This can vary if the items ordered are located in an international warehouse (US or Europe) or require special mode of transport such as freight/pallet. If unsure, please get in touch with a sales representative to get a more accurate ETA for your order.
In some international shipments, on rare occasions, customs or duties may be charged to the receiver which we would be happy to reimburse. Please contact us as soon as practicable if you are charged duties or taxes for any orders placed with us.
Our aim is to ensure that our customers have a pleasant and smooth experience buying from us. Occasionally things can go wrong and we are here to help. Subject to the following conditions, our customers can return most* of the items purchased from us within 14 days without giving a reason (re-stocking fees apply).
To return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is required. This number can be obtained by filling out the RMA form here and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to apply for an RMA. We may not be able to accept requests for RMAs after 14 days.

All returns are subject to following conditions
Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
In the event that reason for return is a defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) item, we will provide the customer with prepaid shipping labels to be attached to the return package. The returned item will be tested and once the defect or DOA state has been confirmed, a replacement unit will be shipped to the customer. In the event a replacement is not available, the customer will be issued a full refund. Please note, the maximum liability to IT Hardware Hub (Registered as Anaya Electronics Inc.) would be up to the price paid for the returned item and will never exceed this amount. As a reseller, under no circumstances is IT Hardware Hub (Registered as Anaya Electronics Inc.) liable for any consequential loss, damage or injury/death arising from use of defective or non-defective items. Any such claims arising should be made directly to the original manufacturer (OEM) of the item in question.
If a returned item is found not defective or in reasonable working order, the cost of return shipping (if not already paid by the customer) and a minimum 20% restocking fee (see details here) will be deducted from the final refund due to the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of the following items unless damaged or defective at delivery.
- CDs, DVDs and other copyable media.
- Software products of any kind.
- License codes, license files (including PDFs) and activation files.
- Any products that have a usable license code or any subscription codes.
- Printers (unless still sealed and in original box)
- Ink cartridges, laser toners or any other consumable products that have been opened.
