When Customers experience a networking issue or problem, they call the Support Services Partner for a speedy resolution.
Juniper Support Services Partners possess a Network Operations Center (NOC) and/or a Security Operations Center (SOC), have deep technical resources, local knowledge and resources, with the technical expertise and dedication to drive excellence for all Customer networking solutions. Support Services Partners are required to make a significant investment in service infrastructure, people, process, tools, certifications, and education.
