The USB Type - C™ (DP Alt Mode) lets you connect to the monitor for mirroring and to USB-Type C mobile phones for Quick Charge. If you connect your laptop with USB Type-C (DP Alt Mode), you can also easily connect your mouse and keyboard to the monitor for usage.
